For Melbourne metro areas, your healthy MACROS meals will arrive within as little as 3 days from order in Metro Areas - weekends included. Generally, your order will arrive between 8am and 6pm on the delivery day. Once it reaches your doorstep, you’ll receive an SMS and a link to view the proof of delivery.
When you place your first order, you’ll choose a delivery day and time slot. Unless you change it before the Cut-Off Date, this will be the same for all future orders. We’ll try to deliver within your chosen time slot, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control, and we can’t guarantee it. We won’t be responsible for any delays.
